Ingredients

    4 Whole Tilapia filets (6 oz each)
    3 tbsp dijon mustard
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp marjoram
    1/2 tsp salt

Tips

Line your baking pan with aluminum foil for super easy clean up.
Serve next to a mixed vegetable rice for a nice pairing.

Directions

1. Heat oven to 450'F.
2. In a small bowl, stir together the mayo, mustard, lemon, marjoram, and salt. Place the fish on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread the mixture evenly on the fish.
3. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the topping is golden brown, and the fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve hot.
