Introduction

Turkey with nuts and veggies Turkey with nuts and veggies
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 pounds ground turkey
    4 ounces chopped bacon
    1 onion diced
    2 stalks celery diced
    1/2 cup cooked sweet potato
    1/2 cup roasted cauliflower chopped small
    1/4 cup roasted almonds chopped
    1 egg
    1 tbsp herbs (I like Herb de Provence)
    1 tsp seasoning salt (or other)

Tips

substitute almonds with filbers, add and berries (blueberries, blackberries if not concerned with carbs)


Directions

Chop bacon and fry crispy
Drain oil
In same pan, fry onions and celelry until translucent
Set aside to cool
In large bowl mix all remaining ingredients
Add bacon when cooled
Bake in loaf pans 350 for about an hour
