    1 box jiffy corn bread mix prepared and baked as per package directions
    14 slices whole grain bread
    2 onions
    4 ribs celery
    black pepper to taste
    home made turkey broth or low salt low fat packaged broth
    1 egg slightly beaten


Cut bread in cubes and dry in oven or dehydrator. Bake corn bread according to package directions, cool cut in small pieces, place on cookie sheet and bake for 15 -20 minutes at 350 degrees or until crispy. Mix breads in large bowl. Saute chopped onion and celery in a small amount of broth till soft. Mix veggies, broth, and beaten egg into bread mix well add enough broth or water to get the consistency you want Season with pepper and poultry seasoning if you wish.
Bake in casserole dish for 45 minutes or until heated thru.
