Ingredients

15 oz. cranberries, fresh
2 naval oranges or 3 tangerines
1 lemon
1 c. granulated sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp. cloves, ground
Tips
The lemon is optional. Reduce the amount of sugar to 3/4 c. if the lemon is omitted.
Directions
1. Wash the cranberries and remove stems. Add to food processor.
2. Zest 1 orange, or half of the tangerine peels and add to the food processor.
3. Peel and section the oranges or tangerines and the lemon removing fibers and pits. Chop coarsely and add to food processor.
4. Process until medium chop.
5. Add sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Process just until mixed well.
6. Put in pyrex bowl and refrigerate overnight.
