Ingredients

! 400g. can Edgell chick peas, drained
500g. minced chicken
I medium carrot, cut into chunks or slices
2 cloves garlic, crushed
30g. dessicated coconut
2/3 cup baby spinach leaves
Tips
Great served with a fresh salad and a yoghurt dipping sauce, but could easily make a great filling, along with some salad ingredients, for a wrap.
Directions
1. Put all ingredients into food processor and pulse until smooth and well combined.
2. Roll mixture into small balls.
3. Either cook in oven 15 minutes (till golden), pan fry, cook on barbecue or grill plate.
Serving Size: Divide evenly into 4 servings.
