Ingredients

    2 12 oz pkgs Frozen chopped spinach
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 clove garlic minced (1 tsp)
    1/2 cup butter melted
    2 cups pepperidge farm herb stuffing
    1/2 cup reduced fat Parmesan cheese
    5 eggs beaten
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tbsp black pepper

Tips

I enjoy them more when they are cold/refrigerated.


Directions

Drain spinach and squeeze in handfuls to remove as much moisture as possible. Place in a large bowl. Sauté onion and garlic in butter/margarine and stir into spinach. Add remaining ingredients, stir, and let stand for 15 minutes. Cook at 350 degrees for 22 minutes, or until lightly browned.
