Introduction

Perfect dipping sauce for shrimp, crabcakes, po-boys, anything fried, but my favorite is with the Cajun lentil patties (recipe on here) or in place of mayonnaise on a black bean veggie burger. Ingredients

    1.25 cups plain non fat yogurt
    .25 cup spicy mustard
    2 tsp prepared horseradish
    1 tbsp sweet (Spanish) paprika
    1-2 tsp of creole/Cajun seasoning
    1 large or 2 small minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp dill pickle juice (can substitute lemon juice)
    1 tsp hot sauce (I prefer Louisiana)

    Combine all ingredient in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Let chill in refrigerator for a couple hours (to allow the flavors to combine). Serve with whatever you like.
