Ingredients

1 1/4 cup flour (I use All Purpose)
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking POWDER
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cup of milk
1 egg
1/4 cup peanut butter. (Any kind will do)
2 bowls
whisk
spatual (metal or hard plastic)
griddle
1/4 measuring cup (for pouring batter)
either cooking spray or butter to grease griddle
Directions
The times above are estimates. It could take longer or shorter.
1. Combine flour,sugar,baking powder,and salt into one bowl
2. In a seperate bowl combine milk,egg, and peanut butter until smooth. I strongly suggest a whisk for this and it will take a minute or two for it to combine.
3. Cobine the dry with the wet. I do a little at a time mixing well after each edition.
4. You will have to test your heat because each stove is different. Nornally the best way to tell is when a few drops of water sizzle than disappear on your griddle. You may need to adjust heat as you go.
5. Once griddle is hot. Use the 1/4 measuring cup to pour pancakes. You will know they are ready to flip when you can lift the pancake without it breaking. The bottom with me a light to dark golden brown. It will take about 2-3 minutes. I'd check after 2. Then flip and wait for the other side to brown.
6. Can either be eaten on their own or served with honey, or chocolate syrup.
