Ingredients

    4 oz cooked sausage, do not drain
    1 can evaporated milk
    4 tbsp cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water
    4 fried eggs
    1/2 shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Fry sausage until no longer pink. Pour in can of evaporated milk and bring to boil. Add 1/2 water and 4 tbsp of cornstarch. Pour into sausage/milk mixture. Will thicken quickly. Stir to keep smooth and turn off when hot. Break up biscuit on plate, add fried egg to top and pour gravy over. Add shredded cheddar.

Serving Size: Makes 4-1 biscuit 1 egg servings
