Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 C raw cashews, soaked for several hours and drained
    1 T light miso
    1 T tahini
    1/3 C nutritional yeast
    1 T dijon mustard
    1 t granulated garlic
    1 t onion powder
    3 T lemon juice
    up to 1/4 C water

Tips

I have frozen this in small batches, to pull out as needed. Stir well, as some liquid may separate.


Directions

Place all ingredients except water into a blender or food processor. Process, adding water as needed.
Allow plenty of time to process. I give mine 7 or 8 minutes to get very smooth.
I prefer to keep the mixture thick, to spread on sandwiches.
