Tips

This is a mild sausage pinwheel. **If you want more of a sausage ball taste, I would use the hot sausage and the sharp cheddar cheese.

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Mix 1st four ingredients and form a ball. Roll out on a piece of parchment paper with a rolling pin. I used another piece of parchment paper on top of dough also. You may want to put just a little bit of almond flour so it won't stick. Roll out into a rectangle. Remove the top parchment paper. Spread sausage over dough and then sprinkle cheese over it. Now I rolled from the long side and used the parchment paper to help lift and roll. Once rolled into a log, keep on the parchment paper and roll to cover the log and place in refridgerator from 30 mins to 1 hour. Take out, slice and bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes.
