Ingredients

    Ground beef 15% fat pan broiled and drained
    3 cans kidney, black, or pinto beans
    28 oz. can of tomato sauce
    2 pks of Mrs Dash chili seasoning

Tips

can be made vegetarian by omitting ground beef and adding one more can of beans
Top with shredded cheese and serve with corn chips.


Directions

mix all ingredients in large pot or dutch oven
heat over medium heat until it boils stirring frequently
turn heat down to low , cover pot and simmer stirring occasionally for 20 min.
