Ingredients

    12 links sausage, chopped
    12 large eggs
    1 Cup Cheddar Cheese (or any type you prefer)
    1 Bell Pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped

Tips

I make a batch of these on the weekend and after I allow these to cool, then put them in individual ziploc bags and freeze. I throw 2 at a time in the microwave for 1 minute each side (turning after 1 minute).


Directions

Whisk eggs. Add all ingredients, and season to taste. Put in preheated 325 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until done.
