Introduction

This is my first attempt at creating a Blondie type high protein "cake". This is my first attempt at creating a Blondie type high protein "cake".
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 large Egg
    1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1 teaspoon Almond Extract
    1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
    2 tablespoons Olive oil
    1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie spice
    8 tbsp Peanut Butter PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
    1 cup Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
    6 packets Monk Fruit Sweetener
    2 1/2 scoops Body Fortress Vanilla Super Advanced Whey Protein
    3 tablespoons Flax Seed Meal
    1/2 cup Sliced Almonds
    1/3 cup Cake Flour, Softasilk
    1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
    1/2 cup Steel Cut Oats, dry
    1/4 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal, dry

Directions

1. Whisk together all wet ingeredients. Slowly add the dry ingredients till combined.

2. Bake at 350* for 18 minutes in a greased 9x13 pan.

3. Let cool for about 5 minutes be fore cutting.
