Directions

HEAT OIL IN LARGE POT.ADD THE ONION, PEPPER,BACON BITS,GARLIC AND SAUTE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.ADD THE MEATAN D COOK UNTIL NO PINK REMAINS.ADD TOMATOE SAUCE,SUGAR,SALT,CHILE POWDER.BRING TO A BOIL,REDUCE HEAT,COVER AND SIMMER FOR THIRTY MINUTES.ADD THE KIDNEY BEANS AND CONTINUE TO SIMMER FOR 15 MINUTES.I LIKE TO LET IT SIMMER LONGER,SAY A FEW HOURS.
