Ingredients

    2 Bags of Stop and Shop Frozen Asian Stir-fry veg. Mix
    1.5lbs Chicken Tenderloins (cubed)
    6 Tbsp. Soy Sauce (reduced sodium)
    3 Tbsp. Honey
    2 Tbsp. Corn Starch
    2 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
    1 Tbsp. Ground Ginger

Directions

First cook the frozen veggie in a pan with 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder, and 1/2 Tbsp. Ground ginger, and pepper. once unthawed add 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce, and cook for a few more minutes. set aside.

Now add the cut up chicken to the pan with a little olive oil. Add Salt, Pepper, 1 Tbsp. Garlic Powder, and 1/2 Tbsp. Ground ginger. once chicken is mostly cooked through add 3 Tbsp. of Soy sauce and cook until chicken is cooked all the way thru. Add 2 Tbsp. of corn starch and stir in.

Divide evenly in to 5 lunch containers for the week !
