Introduction

Ingredients

0.75 lb ground pork
4 cups green beans chopped to 1 inch pieces
4 cloves garlick finely chopped
1 cup of onion finely chopped
2 tbspn light soy sauce
2 tbspn canola oil
1 cup chicken broth
1 tspn granulated white sugar
1 tspn kosher salt
1/2 tspn black pepper
Tips
You can substitute the ground pork with ground turkey or ground chicken. You can also add any veggies you want, but you may have to add a little more soy sauce depending on how much veggies you add to this. Serve this on a hot bed of steamed rice! So yummy! :)
Directions
1. Heat oil in pan and then sautee your garlic and onions for 1-2 min.
2. Add your ground pork and cook until the meat is done. Around 4-5 minutes.
3. Add the salt and pepper.
4. Add green beans and cook for another 3-5 minutes over high heat.
5. Add sugar and mix well.
6. Add chicken broth and simmer for 1 minute. Let the chicken broth steam the green beans so it will cook some more.
Serving Size: 8 1/2 cup servings
