Ingredients

    1 lb whole wheat pasta
    7.5 oz extra sharp cheddar
    4.95 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
    1.25 c milk
    2 tbsp whole wheat flour
    2 tbsp butter

Directions

cook and drain pasta per directions
return to pot
melt butter in pot and mix in flour
add milk
add cheese at little at a time and stir until melted
pour of cooked pasta and mix well
serve
