Ingredients

    1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder
    1 kiwi
    1 half Lemon Squeezed (not put in)
    A couple (5) Large Strawberrys
    1 Soy Peach Yogurt
    1/2 cup-ish cubed mango

    I really dont measure. I just put the stuff in.

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender, and blend together. I freeze mine for a little bit, or put in the fridge to cool before i drink it. It makes about 2 cups.
You can add a banana for extra flavor, yum!
