Introduction

Ingredients

    Fresh Express Bag of American Lettuce
    1/4 green bell pepper
    1/4 c of shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 of cucumber peeled
    2 small roma tomatoes, chopped

Tips

1 egg and/or a serving of lean protien can be added to the serving to create a delicious chef salad.


Directions

Cut open bag of salad greens dump in large bowl
chop tomato
peel cucumber and chop
chop 1/4 of a bell pepper
measure 1/4 c of cheese
add all chopped ingrediates to the bowl and mix well
serve with favorite full fat or fat free dressing.

Serving Size: all ingrediates make 4- 2 cup servings
