Ingredients

    16oz. venison ground
    15oz. kidney beans
    1 medium onion, diced
    10oz. diced canned tomatoes (chili)
    1.75oz packet French's Chili Seasoning
    2 tbsp. olive oil

Tips

Serve with jalapeņos, light sour cream, reduced fat shredded colby jack cheese


Directions

Sautee onions in olive oil, when softened add ground venison. Cook until venison is browned and no longer pink. Add chili seasoning coat thoroughly. Pour in remaining ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes.
