Introduction

Ingredients

    1.5 cups frozen corn
    1.5 cups (15 oz) canned black beans, no salt added
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 large orange bell pepper, chopped
    1 large red onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
    3 cloves garlic,diced
    1.5 Tbsp Southwest Seasoning
    salt to taste

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Refrigerate until served.
