    1 cup grated Zuchini Squash
    1 Tomato, diced
    2 large Eggs
    1 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 clove of Garlic
    a dash of each, salt and oregano


Add all ingredients, except eggs, to fry pan. When zucchini is cooked,about 7 minutes.
Add eggs and cover. Cook for 3 minutes.
