Ingredients

    2.5 lbs Frozen Chicken
    2 Medium sized Sweet Potatoes, peeled and diced
    5.46 oz pack Rolands Garden Vegetable Quinoa
    1 can Rotel Tomatoes and Green Chiles
    5 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    5 Cups of Water
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Add all ingredients into a crockpot.
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Shred chicken before serving.
