Ingredients

1 lb. 97% fat free ground turkey
    .5 c Italian bread crumbs
    .25 c grated parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning
    1 tsp black pepper
    .5 tsp salt
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Preheat ovan to 350 F. Mix all the ingredients, except the oil, together (by hand works best) in a large bowl. The consistency should be slightly sticky but not wet. If it is wet add 1 tbsp of bread crumbs and mix, continue adding bread crumbs 1 tbsp at a time until mixture is no longer wet. Line a glass baking dish with aluminum foil and use the 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil to lightly grease the bottom. Roll the meatball mixture into 10 evenly sized balls and place them in the pan. Try to use a pan that is large enough for the meatballs to fit in without touching, if they are squished together they will take longer to cook. Place the pan into the preheated ovan and bake for 30 minutes (this is for my oven so others might take more or less time). I cut one meatball in half to just check that they are cooked all the way through (aka no pink). You could also test them using a meat
