Ingredients

    5 cups kale
    15-20 globe grapes
    20 oz. pineapple chunks unsweetened in own juice
    1 ripe banana
    1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberrys
    4 oz. unsweetened pomagranate juice
    3 oz. unsweetened apple juice

Tips

with kale, pineapple is a must, then any other fruit or vegetable
Use a Vita Mix for best and smoothest results. The globe grapes have seeds.
I keep bags of grapes and cut up bananas in the freezer, for quick use.
