Ingredients

    2 lbs stew meat
    1 lb baby carrots
    4 medium potatoes
    1 sweet onion
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 cup vegetable or beef broth (used vegetable for this)

Directions

cut up meat and potatoes and garlic
quarter onion
put potatoes and carrots in crock pot
add everything else making sure meat is on top.
cook 10-11 hours on low/slow.
