    14 oz Nasoya Organic Firm Tofu
    2 tbsp McKay's Chicken Style Seasoning (Vegan no whey)
    1/3 c Trader Joe's Medium Ripe Green Olives sliced
    1/4 c Olive juice from the TJ's Olives
    2 tsp Follow Your Heart Reduced Fat Vegenaise

Directions

So easy! No cooking involved. Just mash the tofu and add your seasonings and olives and mix. Divide into approximately 7 servings and serve on your favorite whole grain bread or wrap. Add some spinach and pickles for a little extra flavor.
