Introduction

Ingredients

2 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Butter (I prefer unsalted)
1 Cup So Delicious Coconut Milk (red box)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Directions
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Add in brown sugar. Cook until nicely blended.
While that's going, add milk and vanilla extract in a mug. Heat in microwave for about a minute. You want it warm, not hot. Remove from microwave and set to the side.
Once your butter/sugar mix is nicely blended and melty, pour it into the milk/vanilla mix. Top with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Whir together with a hand mixer. Or if you don't have one, use a whisk, holding the handle between your hands. Vigorously rub your hands back and forth to blend together.
ENJOY!
