Ingredients

    Water, tap, 12 cup (8 fl oz)
    Mediterranea Potato Gnocchi, 2 cup
    Asparagus, fresh, 4 cup
    Shrimp, raw, 25 large
    Basil Pesto Kirkland, 3 tbsp

Directions

Bring water to a boil. Add gnocchi, cook 4 minutes. Gnocchi will rise to the top when it is done. Remove with a slotted spoon, place in a large bowl. Add asparagus and shrimp to a pan, cook 5 minutes or until shrimps are done. Add shrimp mixture to gnocchi. Add basil pesto mixture to shrimp and gnocchi mixture, toss to coat. Serve immediately.
