Ingredients

3 oz Atlantic salmon
1 ea Wheat tortilla
2 oz Hollandaise sauce
1 Tbsp Olive oil spread
1 leaf Lettuce
2 0z Brocolli pieces
2 oz Cauliflower pieces
2 oz Non fast ranch dressing with salsa
Directions
1. Pan sear salmon skin side first and then turn briefly add dash salt and pepper TT.
2. Cut salmon in half and place on tortilla over the lettuce.
3. Pour hollandaise over salmon and roll up tortilla.
4. Cut tortilla in half diagonally.
5. Add brocolli and cauliflower on side with non fat ranch dressing with salsa
