Ingredients

    1/4 cup Philadelphia Cook Cream - Tomato Basil
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 cup fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup skim milk

    Saute the veggies first. Then add the tomato basil cooking cream and milk.

    Cook the spaghetti squash and put half of the sauce on each serving. Serves 2 people.

    **I use Lactose Free Milk

Directions

I start cooking my spaghetti squash in the microwave and the start the vegetables.
