Ingredients

    1 Cup, Black Beans
    1 Cup, Pinto Beans
    5oz Frozen Broccoli
    1 Cup raq Cauliflower
    1Cup raw carrots, chopped
    1 Cup frozen Bell Peppers
    1.5 Cup Tomato Sauce
2 Cups low sodium chicken broth
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    6-8oz of lean ground turkey

Tips

Again, this can be made vegan or vegetarian very easily. Substitute any meat, or none at all.

Directions

I personally cooked my meat before putting into the crockpot. If you are using chicken or beef , layer the meat at the bottom of your slow cooker, then raw vegies, followed by your beans and frozen vegies. You then top it all with your broth, tomato sauce, and seasonings.
