Ingredients

    Cucumber, Fresh (1 Cup Sliced), 1 serving (remove)
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup (remove)
    Nature's Earthly Choice Quinoa - 1/4 cup dry 1/2 cup cooked, 1.0 cup (remove)
    *onion, fresh, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 10 serving (remove)
    Dressing:
    *Balsamic Vinegar, 0.65 tbsp (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Cook the Quinoa to instructions. Rinse in cold water. Cut up the cucumbers and onions. Mix together all of the rest of the ingredients.
