Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas drain and rinsed
    1 cup cucumber peeled and chopped
    1 clove garlic chopped finely
    .25 cup crumbled feta
    5-6 cherry tomatoes quartered

    stir above ingredients to mix in bowl

    Stir together 1 tblsp olive oil and 2 tblsps fresh lemon juice.

    Pour olive oil and lemon juice over chickpea salad and toss to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
