Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup ground flax seed
    1/2 cup fine ground walnuts
    2 tsp baking powder
    3 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    2 tsp vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 cup almond milk
    2 tsp. olive oil light tasting

Directions

Mix together all ingredients, drop in muffin tins
