Ingredients

Wash avocado. Slice in half & remove seed.
    Spoon flesh into the bowl.
Add 1/4 cup chobani 0% plain yogurt to avocado.
Add 2 tsp Tones Rosemary Garlic seasoning mix (available at Sam's). Mix well.

Take 3 oz of baby spinach, already prewashe'd and dried in container. On cutting board, chop with knife until it's small pieces (about 1/4 inches wide). DONT use a food chopper or blender, for it'll turn your spinach to mush.

Mix this into avocado & yogurt. Chill well.

    1/4 cup equals 4 Tablespoons.
    1/2 cup is 8 tablespoons.
This is a much healthier dip than you normally eat.

Tips

Chop spinach fine to mix easily. Don't use a blender or chopper or you'll get juice.
