Ingredients

    3.5 oz soba noodle cooked al dente
    1/4 thinly scliced onion
    2 cloves garlic minced divided in half
    1/2 T canola oil
    1/2 red pepper sliced thinly
    60 grams of thinly sliced cabbage
    1 small thinly sliced carrot
    1/2 t minced ginger
    1 t sesame oil
    1 T soy sauce
    1/2 T honey
    1/5 jalapeno 1/2 of it minced and the other half slice into 4 slices


Tips

I made this with the World's best (and easiest) salmon from sparkrecipes and put that on top would also be great with chicken.


Directions

cook soba noodle until al dente drain and rinse
in a bowl combine sesame oil, soy sauce, 1/2 of the garlic, minced jalapeno, minced ginger and honey and stir til mixed well
heat a skillet (I used cast iron) on medium heat, add canola oil when hot add onions, 1/2 of garlic and peppers, saute 5 minutes add cabbage and and carrots, then add 1/4 of the sauce saute another 7 minutes stiring twice add noodles and remainder of the sauce heat until desired temperature. serve.
