Introduction
This has all the flavor of a great cheese lasagna with a MINIMUM of calories. You can certainly add some shredded mozzarella or other ingredients if you'd like that flavor, but not for 256 calories a serving! In my book this is a winner! Ingredients

1 box Hodgson Mill Whole wheat lasagna noodles
16 oz. Friendship whipped Cottage Cheese (1%)
15 oz. Part Skim Ricotta cheese
14 slices reduced fat American cheese
1 jar Marinara sauce
1 package frozen spinach
1 egg
1 Tbsp Parmesan
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Tips
Make sure to squeeze all the water out of the frozen spinach so your lasagna doesn't come out too runny....
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Mix together soft cheeses, spinach, egg, and spices.
Lightly coat bottom of large casserole dish with some of the marinara sauce. Layer Lasagna in large pan alternating (in this order) between a layer of noodles, a layer of cheese/spinach mixture, a layer of american cheese, and marinara sauce.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Then uncover and bake for 10 minutes more.
Let it rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
