Number of Servings: 4


    Chicken breasts with skin (4 breasts)
    1 8-ounce bottle Light Thousand Island Dressing


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash and pat dry the chicken breasts. Arrange in a shallow baking dish. Pour the bottle of dressing evenly over top of the chicken breasts.
Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes, until chicken is tender and juices run clear. Serves 4.
Good served with steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables.

  • Very similar to what I do, glad to see others are enjoying the wonder of using dressing to flavor! And it really is so very easy & cheap! My fav dressing to cook and experiment with is the Honey Dijon-a real fav in my house is the baked chicken with the honey dijon & sprinkle some cheese on top! YU - 8/7/09
