Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1 tomatoe, chopped
    1/2 c chopped onions
    1 cup asparagus, cut into 2" pieces
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
    2 svgs of Hormel precooked bacon, chopped
    1 small garlic clove
    Seasoning sea salt and pepper if desired



Tips

Flip upside down out of pan and cut into 4 pieces, like a pie. 1 svg is 2 slices. Serve with fresh fruit and toast if you like.


Directions

Spray skillet with Non stick spray. Put veggies and chopped bacon in skillet and sauté all for about 10 min. Whip 4 eggs. Sprinkle grated cheese over veggie and bacon mixture then pour eggs over the top.

Place skillet into the oven for 15 minutes until set and lightly browned.
