    1 tsp celtic sea salt
    1 whole egg
    2 Tbps. coconut sugar
    4 Tbsp grapeseed or coconut oil
    1 C. warm milk
    3 C. wholemeal flour
    2 Tbsp. flax seed
    1/4 C dry oats
    2 tsp yeast

Directions

Bake at 180 C for 35 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 1 loaf (approximately 0.7kg)
