Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 C water
    1 - 6oz can tomato paste
    2 TBSP cider vinegar
    1 envelope sloppy Joe mix
    1 pound beef (sliced for stir fry OR chunks for stew)
    1 celery stalk cut into 1/2" pieces
    1 med bell pepper cut into 1/2" chunks
    This goes well over rice or noodles, even some pasta shapes, like bowties or spirals


Tips

I sometimes put about 1/2 can of diced fire roasted tomatoes in about halfway through for a little more color and zip.


Directions

Put everything but the meat into your crock pot, stir fully then add in beef. It will seem thick but water from the veggies will be sweated into the pot and all will be fine.
If your staying at home this can be done on high in 3 - 4 hours
