Ingredients



    Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Carrots matchstixs, raw, 2 cup
    *Apple Cider Vinager, 4 tbsp
    Honey, 3 tsp
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 3 tsp
    Dill weed, fresh, 3 tsp chopped
    *Carapelli Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tsp
    *Poppy seed, 1 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Directions

Put chopped cabbages & carrots in large bowl. In small bowl mix together Apple Cider vinager, honey, dijon mustard, dill, olive oil, poppy seeds, salt and pepper. Once blended well...pour over cabbage/carrot...toss well and refigerate or eat right away.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1cup servings
