Introduction

Ingredients

    3 Pork Steaks
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 pkt Lipton Onion & Mushroom Soup Mix
    1 med Onion Sliced
    1 cup Milk or water
    Season with Salt, Pepper, garlic and Onion powder

Tips

can add mushrooms if desired. I also used quite a bit of garlic.


Directions

Brown pork steaks in frying pan, season while browning, mix milk/water with soup and soup mix. Saute onion if desired after removing steaks. Place steaks in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place onions on top of steaks pour soup mixture on top of that. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 90 minutes.
