Introduction

2 pancakes for 1 serving. Taste very good. I served with E.D.SMITH low sugar, triple fruit jam on top. NOTE; jam not included in the nutritional values. 2 pancakes for 1 serving. Taste very good. Ingredients

    1/4 c. dry oatmeal
    1/4 cup hot water
    1 egg
    1/2 scoop of whey protein powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. low sugar, triple berry jam (optional)

Tips

served with triple berry jam. This recipe is for one serving. Double all ingredients to make 2 servings, and just reheat tomorrow!


Directions

put oatmeal into hot water a let sit while you stir egg with the protein powder. ADD the cinnamon and vanilla to the oatmeal and then add the egg mixture. Spray pan and cook 2 pancakes.
