Ingredients

    1 C Steel Cut Oats (I used PC Blue Menu)
    3 C Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (Almond Breeze)
    1/2 C Splenda - Brown Sugar Blend
    2-3 TBL Cinnamon (I like extra!)
    2 Medium to Large Red Delicious Apples
    Dash of salt

    This is how simple it is:

    Dump all the ingredients into your slow cooker and give it a stir. Cook on low for 6-8 hours!


Tips

If your slow cooker runs high, add an extra half cup of almond milk, or even water.
