Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One yellow onion, diced
    One head of cabbage, diced
    1/2 chicken breast, (preferably one cooked and taken from a Costco Chicken or Safeway)
    a pinch or two of Kosher Salt
    a tbspn of XO Sauce

Directions

Yeah, just cook everything together. You can be fancy about it and sweat the onions first, then add the cabbage until it's reduced a bit, then the other ingredients, but you can also just throw it all together. I'm making this after my first cardio workout, so it's being done quick and dirty.
