Ingredients

    1 cup spaghetti squash,
    1 wedge laughing cow lite Swiss cheese
    1 tbsp. fat free cottage cheese
    1 tbsp. fat free sour cream
    sprinkle of grated parmesan cheese
    dash of Siracha Hot Sauce to liking for added zing.

Tips

You can also to make a complete meal, cook separately a chicken breast & steam up some extra vegetable's on the side to make a Chicken Alfredo spaghetti squash. I


Directions

1 cup spaghetti squash, heat up
Add 1 wedge of light Swiss cheese spread, until melted & mixed together with squash.
Add a dollop of cottage cheese & sour cream to dish. Sprinkle on Parm Cheese lightly & add a tiny bit of Siracha hot sauce for zing.
