    *dole frozen mango chunck 3/4 c, 1 serving
    Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed
    Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    Coconut water Vita Coco, 8 oz
    *Lakewood Pure Black Cherry Juice, .33 serving

    Place in blender, blend until smoth and enjoy

Tips

Can be made with any combination of fruit, your choice. I sometimes add greens to this spinach is a nice blend.
